Athletics, University of Miami Athletics, and more. He has served as Medical Director of South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care since 2011.

Dr. Calonje was born in Managua, Nicaragua. His father is a retired pediatrician who practiced for 20 years in Miami, Florida. His brother is an OB/GYN currently practicing at St. Alexius Medical Center in Illinois.
